Welcome to the Milford Police Department

"Our primary mission is to enforce the laws of society, maintain order within the community, protect life and property, and to assist the public at large in a manner consistent with the rights and dignity of all persons as provided for by the law under the Constitution of the United States and the State of New Hampshire."

The Milford Police is dedicated to serving its community of approximately 15,164. Milford is located in the southern region of New Hampshire and is surrounded by the towns of Wilton, Lyndeborough, Mont Vernon, Amherst, and Hollis.  

We have forty two employees, with twenty five full time sworn officers, eight full and part time administrative personnel, six traffic aides, and four special officers. Our entire personnel roster is available for viewing by selecting the appropriate link on the navigation menu.
